What makes it 'Punk Rock Yoga style'?

Each session will begin with a yoga class to a range of alternative sounding music including punk, skatepunk, melodic hardcore, rock and post rock. The music is carefully chosen to suit the movements.

It also follows the key principles of the punk rock yoga philosophy found in Kimberlee Jensen Stedl’s Punk Rock Yoga Manifesto. It is inclusive and accessible both physically and financially. I also incorporate the PNKRCKR Collective philosophy of D.I.T (doing it together) as yoga is about union and connection, supporting one another to be the best we can be.
